The Age Co 1000 - Our most versatile stairlift
The Age Co 1000 is the most adaptable stairlift in the range, with plenty of features to make your journeys up and down stairs as comfortable and safe as possible. Its slimline track means the Age Co 1000 leaves plenty of room for people walking up and down the stairs. And if a stairlift rail might obstruct a doorway or landing area, there’s an option to have a powered hinge to move the track and leave the space clear again.
All Age Co stairlifts are easy to use, with an ergonomically designed toggle switch control which can be fitted to either the left or right hand side of the chair, while two handheld remote controls mean the stairlift can be operated by other users at the push of a button. The Age Co 1000 also comes with either a manual or powered swivel seat, meaning the chair will turn 90 degrees when at the top of the stairs allowing for safer mounting and dismounting.
